There was a bit of a salty taste to it (lemon lime) but I did not mind it, it wasn’t extreme like drinking salt water, but it was a just noticeable taste. Overall I liked it

Liquid IV in 16 ounces of water makes the medicine go down! I actually feel my hydration level increase after one bottle and include Liquid IV in water twice per day. Liquid IV makes consuming water more pleasurable!

I knew I needed hydration because my skin wasn’t elastic and my urine was clouded. Liquid I.V. solved the urine problem right away. Skin getting better, but it will be a longer process. Good product!

I wasn’t expecting the strong flavor of this. It’s defiantly not just flavored water it almost gives you a shocker effect because of how song the flavor is.

The flavor is light yet still very delicious. I am most impressed with how quickly the powder dissolved. It’s quick and easy to make and really helps us feel well staying hydrated.

My husbands favorite flavor (lemon lime), he also thinks that these are great for before ir after working out, before or after having cocktails, when not feeling great, etc

It was okay, definitely better than sports drinks I liked that It had a lot less ingredients I had to add a lot more water to get the taste to mellow out.

I’m 90 and don’t like drinking water. So my daughter fixes me liquid iv in am . If I drink that I continue to have at least another 16 Oz then my daughter lets me have 1 cup of coffee a day. Staying hydrated

I feel amazing!!! The 6 pack wasn’t enough I’m going to Costco!! I live on Maui and am hoping we have it! If anywhere you needs to stay hydrated it’s on the island when you spend all your time having fun in the sun!!!

I've been using it for the last year in place of another electrolyte replacement. This stuff works great. Tastes great and we issue it to our guys at work when the temps rise.
