I have been using hydration multiplier‘s for a while. I wanted to try new flavors and I really like this one because it wasn’t as sweet as other ones I have tried. I bring this in a casual environment, my normal drinking water routine.

I added a packet to my water for the first time yesterday....I’m not a big water drinker...it gave the water flavor and I can honestly say I felt much better after I drank it.

Second purchase and I can definitely tell a difference from when I have liquid IV and when I don’t. I feel hydrated, have less headaches, fatigue is a bit better etc.
