I like the Liquid I.V and the flavor is tasty. I used to drink Gatorade and didn't like the added calories. Also, the Liquid I.V. tastes better than Gatorade!

For various reasons, I experience dehydration too often. I am finding that drinking one of these a day prevents dehydration about 95% of the time and that remaining 5% is due to other circumstances. I will keep this product on hand.

I work in a daycare si I dont always get to drink as much but all I gotta do is just add one packet to a bottle of water and then I wont get behind. Love this and the flavors are delicious

I added a packet to my water for the first time yesterday....I’m not a big water drinker...it gave the water flavor and I can honestly say I felt much better after I drank it.
