So far I have only used 3 packets since receiving my order and I am very impressed with this item! Highly recommend other to try it. I feel refreshed and refueled after drinking it.

I liked it ! However when you send samples I think you should send all the flavors so when we are ready to order we know which kind we like best. I am nervous to buy an entire order of a new kind because I may not like it.

Def recommend. It’s the only thing that would help me stay hydrated while breastfeeding. The taste could be improved for the lemon lime but I’m still buying again

Passion fruit definitely hits the spot when I want some flavor to my water. I've noticed an energy boost in the mornings that I've put liquid IV in my water.

It was ok. Has a funny after taste because of the stevia but I wish it was sugar free. However, I will try others and see. Also, I think it can be better than Gatorade.

thanks to the skilled surgeon, i am without all my colon and half my ilium. Hydration is critical for me. Liquid IV provides me with an effective way to be hydrated.

I really really like this flavor. This was the first time trying it and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I also liked how it fulfilled my sweet tooth craving because of how fruity it was.

For various reasons, I experience dehydration too often. I am finding that drinking one of these a day prevents dehydration about 95% of the time and that remaining 5% is due to other circumstances. I will keep this product on hand.

My husband and I are fast paced and he drinks less water than I do per day. These LiquidI.V. sucks are great for when were in the run and in a rush. They make you feel hydrated and great! I would recommend to all of my friends and family.
