The Flavor is Nasty. Would be willing to try other flavors, but never again this one.

Need more flavors please!

Only reason for 1 star is because I don't like Lemon Lime ! The Cherry is soooo much better but Sam's Club doesn't offer it, Only Amazon does !

I use this daily during and after my workouts. Really, males have a difference in keeping me well hydrated

Hydration this is a must carry with you in any heat. It have pulled my family out of heat spots more than we can say. Buy it carry it USE IT..

Flavored water for rehydration…… helps me to drink water, rather than plain water from tap or bottle

This flavor is so good you feel like you’re drinking juice! I’ve made it a priority to drink this before a hard workout, so I can sweat it out and get the results I’m looking for. Great flavor!

I love these packets! I feel like I have been slacking drinking water at work because I’m so busy, but I added one of these and I immediately felt better. I will always keep these packs around.

Liquid I.V. is just what I needed when I was feeling a little too dehydrated after flying all day. The lemon lime flavor is super tasty, and I felt incredibly better after two servings. Highly recommended.
