I drink one of these a day no matter what. And I am the type of person that wakes up and immediately drinks 12-20oz of water, so it's not that I don't drink water. But this is one way that I know nutrients I need. Now, that cold weather is approaching, I find myself drinking water more slowly, so this is perfect to ensure I stay hydrated.

I always wonder how well can something like this work. I wonder no more. First off the flavor is amazing. It does not taste like chemicals or fake weird flavor. Loved that right off the bat. It made me want to drink more water! YAY! And I did actually feel better when I drank it. Especially on a hot day outside or when I got home from a night out with my friends having a couple of glasses of wine. I made sure to drink this before bed. Helped tremendously the next day. And I had another one upon waking up. Seriously. I will definitely be buying Liquid IV again.

Other hydration multipliers I have tried in the past have been extremely salty and hard to drink. This one is the best yet! There is still a salty taste, but the lemon lime cancels out most of it. And I felt more hydrated after mixing it with 20 ounces of water than I would have with the water alone. I would recommend this!

Seriously! This stuff is IT! I’m a true hater of the ole H2O but suffer easily from dehydration and migraines. This stuff nips my issue in the backside! I was nervous it would taste nasty, but it is really actually good (only tried the lemon). I always have a pouch with me for emergencies when I feel my mouth getting dry or a headache creeping in. Way to go liquid IV!

I have Sjrogrens Syndrome as well as several other autoimmune diseases. Hydration is a major challenge for me! In Sjogren's syndrome, the mucous membranes and moisture-secreting glands of your eyes and mouth are the first things that stop working, followed by everything else that produces moisture. You are constantly dehydrated! To say this product has been a god send is almost an understatement! I FINALLY can have a moment of the day where I’m not dry. I can have a conversation without coughing, clearing my throat, or sipping water to keep from loosing my voice. I am so happy I saw the ad for this on FB. If you know anyone with Sjrogrens or who struggles with hydration.....get this! As to the taste, I did not find it too salty and really liked the lemon lime. I wonder if level of dehydration has anything to do with how salty it tastes to some I have ordered a variety package next just to check out the others, but the lemon/lime tasted like limeade. So I was happy with it. And the colder it is the better!!

So far I’ve tried using this after working out and on days when I just feel like I am sluggish and dehydrated. I can definitely tell a difference after drinking the bottle of water with the mix. So far I’ve only tried the lemon flavor and it’s pretty good. It does have a slight salty taste but I actually don’t mind it.

I was a little skeptical of the product saying it hydrates you so much with just one bottle of water. It was a bit salty tasting at first but once it was fully mixed I just tasted lemon-lime.I tried it on a day where I knew I would be out in the sun most of the day and enjoying some beer and cocktails. It was amazing. I drank my bottle of water with the Liguid I.V. before I went out and I did have one bottle of water during the day. I was fully hydrated and never had a hangover. I really like this and will purchase again.

I ordered this without looking at the nutrition (my own fault) but it has almost 14 carbs and is sweetened with sugar! I don't want to drink my calories and this is a lot for a product that is supposed to help with hydration. I wonder if there is a reason they don't use a natural sweetener I think it would be way more healthy if they didn't use sugar.

This stuff is so delicious it tastes better than popsicles on a hot summer day! It worked great for keeping my bowels in check while traveling a lot as well as keeping me hydrated! I love this flavor and I am certain you will too. Not only does the passion fruit taste like a dream, but it is good for you as well and benefits performance, a win win!

I got this because I have Chron's disease......just an FYI: the lemon lime flavor is, well......if you have ever had to do the prep work for a colonoscopy and drink colite/go lightly, you would understand. The flavor is the same as your lemon lime. Anyone that has had to drink a gallon of that flavor to clean out will attest that they never want that flavor again.
