Honestly, this stuff is great! I hate drinking water... really coffee is my only friend... but, liquid iv makes me feel hydrated, and it really does taste good :)

This stuff I amazing! Makes me feel more hydrated and it tastes really good as wel! Before liquid I.v. I struggled to drink water but with it drinking water is so freshing!

I loved this stuff. I felt a difference after drinking the first packet. It tasted a little like the white Gatorade but not as sweet. Definitely going to order a new box soon!

You can’t beat health PLUS flavor! It’s very hard to get both in one package but liquid IV has pulled this off with flying colors!! I can’t go one day without my liquid IV!

I think the electrolytes helped my hydration but i didn’t expect the drink to be so sweet. It almost tasted like artificial seeetener.....I don’t think I will be purchasing any additional packets .

Definitely one of the best flavors. My team loves them so much and always uses them. Adds great flavor to boring water while keeping me extra hydrated before my practices and games as well!

I love a fairly active life with weightlifting paddle boarding and snowboarding, and this is my go to when I feel a little sluggish! I also recommended it my friends after a night of drinking!

I don’t even give this one star. More like 0! 500 mg of salt WOW!! And Tastes like you are literally drinking the ocean. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
