It was great when we bought it, but the cheese quickly got weird and soft. We've bought this cheese before, both from Sam's and in smaller packages from grocery stores and never had this issue.

Excellent cheese, a bit flakey in consistencey. VERY good for those that are lactose intolerant. Wish it were a bit less expensive . . . but it's worth it.

We’ve always liked Cabot cheese, and this seriously sharp version is by far my hisband’s favorite. We used to use it mainly for cheese and crackers, but this summer we started putting it on burgers, too - yum!

This is the best sharp cheddar cheese I've ever tasted! The texture is perfect and it's so flavorful. I love sharp cheddar and this is now my favorite.

I can't accurately rate this as the block I got was not good. It was already moldy and slimy on the inside. I would guess when it's fresh it's probably pretty dang good.

Great texture. Good flavor, but it just didn’t really did it for me. I would definitely buy it again, I suggest to let it breath for awhile to enhance the flavor.

Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese is one of my absolute favorites! Perfect for man uses. Just eat it plan or add to recipes. Either way you can not go wrong!

This used to be so much better. Seriously Sharp should mean less moisture, firm brittle texture and intense tangy flavor. The last few batches I bought were bland, soft like mild cheddar. This is also true for their Extra Sharp yellow cheddar product .I was hoping it was just a few bad batches but it seems like it's just a product flaw now. I won't buy again.
