Tillamook white cheddar has more flavor and texture and its our favorite. We wanted to give Cabot a try.

I am not a food snob nor is my palette so sophisticated that I can distinguish the earthy, fruity, coffee, etc "hints" in wine, coffee, etc. That being said, IMHO, this is really, really good cheese. Definitely recommended.

My favorite xtra sharp cheddar on the market. Tastes even better at close to room temperature. I recommend this highly if you are a cheddar lover in all ways

Always a tasty morsel. Sharp and tangy taste. This bar was sadly "blown" and had mold when I opened it. Normally it is excellent. Be wary when picking one up.

This is truly SHARP cheese. Sometimes a little too dry and crumbly, but that’s often what you get in a very sharp cheese. I’ll buy it again for the taste and the price.

It is so good it is a bad thing! I keep slicing pieces of and putting on crackers. If I had known I would have bought some apples so I would not being eating so many crackers.

Perfect for anything you like with sharp cheddar. Best thing is that the whole family can have real cheese, even though one of us is highly lactose intolerant.

I pick up a large brick of cheese each week and switch up the variety. I’m a type 2 diabetic and I snack in this in the afternoon for protein. Decent price for the weight.
