This is seriously delicious cheese. We used a deli slicer to cut it into slabs and then cubed it up. That worked OK, but it did crumble some.

This is our go to cheddar for meal prep or just snacking. Quality and flavor are great and consistent.

Tillamook white cheddar has more flavor and texture and its our favorite. We wanted to give Cabot a try.

My favorite xtra sharp cheddar on the market. Tastes even better at close to room temperature. I recommend this highly if you are a cheddar lover in all ways
