This is my go to cheese for making cheese cookies. Has just the right amount of zip to it.

I would leave my husband for this cheese! I am spoiled now and no other cheddar will do. Eat it alone. Melt it on a cheeseburger. Add it to nachos, chili or a loaded baked potato. Toss it into a casserole. The possibilities are endless with the best tasting cheese ever made!

Opened one day after purchasing it had mold in three areas. Had to throw away. Did not return to store

This is seriously delicious cheese. We used a deli slicer to cut it into slabs and then cubed it up. That worked OK, but it did crumble some.
