This cheese has a good texture for slicing and shredding. The "seriously sharp" taste is not really all that strong, but still very pleasant. This is a good all-purpose cheese for situations in which it is allowed to stand out. It melts well and is not at all crumbly. It is a premium cheese due to its enhanced sharpness.

This is very tasty cheddar, I almost always have some in the house. However, 3 of the last 4 times I’ve bought it it was very crumbly and didn’t slice well, thus losing a star. I believe this is because it had been frozen at some point. Doesn’t affect the taste, but the texture is not great. I have been buying this stuff for years as I love the flavor, and will continue to do so.

Love this cheese! I hate mild cheese! This Cheddar is very sharp, melts on hamburgers giving them extra zip! Makes excellent grilled cheese sandwiches, you get the idea! Cut into cubes for salads, melt in a bowl of chili, or just cut off a chunk to just eat! Enjoy!

I usually buy imported cheddar for a variety of reasons but decide to give this one a go. First off, it has an amazing intense flavor that I look for in a cheddar. But what surprised me was the texture. I'm used to the crumbling consistency of most cheddars but not with this one. I used in a charcuterie board with excellent results. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

This cheese is so delicious and great for so many dishes that call for cheese. Even make a cheddar cream cheese spread with it. This particular white Cheddar has a lot of flavor that makes you want to eat more. Also makes a wonderful ( my own creation) creamy white cheddar potato soup!

This sharp cheddar is perfect for making "grilled cheese sandwiches" under the broiler! It's fast and easy to do. Cut thick slices onto any kind of bread slices and broil 60 seconds, or until cheese bubbles and bread edges get crisp. Remove immediately and top with a slice of tomato. Simply the best!

I bought this cheese for the first time at Sam’s Club. I debated because it a very large size package. I was having company and I wanted a sharp cheddar. The packaging states that it is “seriously sharp”. In my opinion, the taste is not “seriously sharp “, it’s actually a creamy, not full of flavor cheese. I do not recommend if you are wanting a sharp cheddar cheese.

This is really good cheese. Super sharp just the way I like it for me if cheese isn’t really flavorful it isn’t worth eating and the stuff is really good. Plus, I think there is no cheese better than one that you grate yourself. They just always taste better.

This used to be so much better. Seriously Sharp should mean less moisture, firm brittle texture and intense tangy flavor. The last few batches I bought were bland, soft like mild cheddar. This is also true for their Extra Sharp yellow cheddar product .I was hoping it was just a few bad batches but it seems like it's just a product flaw now. I won't buy again.
