I have been buying Cabot white extra sharp for 10 years for my business and you no longer carry it . Why?? I buy the seriously sharp instead . I hope you will continue to care it.

Wow! This cheese is my new favorite. It’s sharp and yet smooth. Melts in your mouth. It’s best if you cut it up and put on your plate, then put the rest away or it will disappear

Great price for an excellent cheese. I mix it with smoked gouda for my homemade mac and cheese, use it to top burgers and put it in other cheesy recipes. A bit too sharp to just munch on, but it can definitely elevate your favorite cheesy dishes.

This cheese is so delicious and great for so many dishes that call for cheese. Even make a cheddar cream cheese spread with it. This particular white Cheddar has a lot of flavor that makes you want to eat more. Also makes a wonderful ( my own creation) creamy white cheddar potato soup!

I usually buy imported cheddar for a variety of reasons but decide to give this one a go. First off, it has an amazing intense flavor that I look for in a cheddar. But what surprised me was the texture. I'm used to the crumbling consistency of most cheddars but not with this one. I used in a charcuterie board with excellent results. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

I bought this cheese for the first time at Sam’s Club. I debated because it a very large size package. I was having company and I wanted a sharp cheddar. The packaging states that it is “seriously sharp”. In my opinion, the taste is not “seriously sharp “, it’s actually a creamy, not full of flavor cheese. I do not recommend if you are wanting a sharp cheddar cheese.

This is very tasty cheddar, I almost always have some in the house. However, 3 of the last 4 times I’ve bought it it was very crumbly and didn’t slice well, thus losing a star. I believe this is because it had been frozen at some point. Doesn’t affect the taste, but the texture is not great. I have been buying this stuff for years as I love the flavor, and will continue to do so.

This cheese has a good texture for slicing and shredding. The "seriously sharp" taste is not really all that strong, but still very pleasant. This is a good all-purpose cheese for situations in which it is allowed to stand out. It melts well and is not at all crumbly. It is a premium cheese due to its enhanced sharpness.
