I grabbed the 2-lb block of Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, and it definitely delivers. It has that awesome, intense punch of flavor and a great crumbly texture that works perfectly whether you're slicing it up or melting it down. Plus, getting a block that big is a huge win for the price. If you love a cheddar with some serious bite, this one is an absolute must-have.

Always have on hand when a relative visits who likes to snack on it. I use it for everything from grilled cheese sandwiches to grating over salads or nachos for the Littles to crackers and cheese boards. One of the few I have found to NOT contained annatto that causes allergic reactions to several relatives.

We buy this occasionally; it lasts quite a while and there's no other place close that carries it. Good on a cracker or a charcuterie board, great on a burger.

it says it's seriously sharp but it's not very sharp at all

This used to be my favorite cheese. It was a hard sharp white cheddar & it crumbled some when you sliced it. They have changed this product & it is no longer a hard cheese. I wont be buying it anymore. They should have left it alone.

Got a bad block of cheese it tasted like pure salt tryed to get Sams to refund but they wanted me to take back to my store thats is an hour drive one way from me so just took loss want buy again

Has neither the texture or flavor of a sharp cheddar. This is the second time I've bought a Cabot cheese and been disappointed in the quality.

Opened it with 30 mins of getting home and it had a lot of mold on it. It was nasty!!!
