About the best sharp cheese I have eaten since I was a kid. I was a kid 70 years ago so this is good stuff.

This used to be my favorite cheese. It was a hard sharp white cheddar & it crumbled some when you sliced it. They have changed this product & it is no longer a hard cheese. I wont be buying it anymore. They should have left it alone.

I keep 2 lbs in the fridge and use it on everything. Full flavor and lasts awhile. Great if you are lactose intolerant, it's aged long enough that most of the lactose is gone. Great on Mexican, sandwiches and snacking

Mearly the BEST Grade of Cabot - I got this for a better price than Sharp! If you've never had Cabot SERIOUSLY Sharp, you haven't had cheddar. Perfect with crackers, it also is wonderful in dips and grated for tacos, baked potatoes and other recipes.

I absolutely LOVE this rich and creamy cheese! I discovered this brand several years ago and have been enjoying it since. It is rich, creamy and melts beautifully. I love the “Seriously Sharp” flavor but wish Sam’s would carry more from Cabot. They’re all amazing and I’d like a bit more variety when cooking and snacking with cheese. My membership fee doesn’t pay for the cost savings between them and Walmart on this product but it is nice that they carry at least one thing that I love at a little bit of a lower cost than their sister company.

Opened it with 30 mins of getting home and it had a lot of mold on it. It was nasty!!!

Best tasting x-sharp cheese I have tried. Especially good in my mac & cheese recipe!

Recently this “seriously sharp” cheese has been “seriously BLAND”. I will no longer purchase.
