I cut these in half and cold smoked them perfectl for meat cheese and crackers. Or shredded it smoked for Mac & Cheese

About the best sharp cheese I have eaten since I was a kid. I was a kid 70 years ago so this is good stuff.

Such a smooth tasting cheese. Great to add with a board of different cheeses. Stands alone well also.

I love, love this cheese! I took a chance on buying it one day, and I have not regretted it. It is great for macaroni and cheese!

This cheese is inferior to the vintage same brand cheese that was sold in sams prior. I will not be buying it again

I can't accurately rate this as the block I got was not good. It was already moldy and slimy on the inside. I would guess when it's fresh it's probably pretty dang good.

Great texture. Good flavor, but it just didn’t really did it for me. I would definitely buy it again, I suggest to let it breath for awhile to enhance the flavor.

This cheese is very plasticky and very plain tasting. Not sharp at all.

Excellent Sharp Cheddar! We use this for sausage balls and many other of our cheese needs.

Best tasting x-sharp cheese I have tried. Especially good in my mac & cheese recipe!
