I pick up a large brick of cheese each week and switch up the variety. I’m a type 2 diabetic and I snack in this in the afternoon for protein. Decent price for the weight.

been a fan of Cabot for years but it has gone downhill fast. its rubbery and tasteless. last couple pkgs were blown up with air. wont eat that as bacteria sets in. back to wisconsin cheese.

This is the best sharp cheddar cheese I've ever tasted! The texture is perfect and it's so flavorful. I love sharp cheddar and this is now my favorite.

Always a tasty morsel. Sharp and tangy taste. This bar was sadly "blown" and had mold when I opened it. Normally it is excellent. Be wary when picking one up.

Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese is one of my absolute favorites! Perfect for man uses. Just eat it plan or add to recipes. Either way you can not go wrong!

This is truly SHARP cheese. Sometimes a little too dry and crumbly, but that’s often what you get in a very sharp cheese. I’ll buy it again for the taste and the price.

Excellent cheese, a bit flakey in consistencey. VERY good for those that are lactose intolerant. Wish it were a bit less expensive . . . but it's worth it.

It is so good it is a bad thing! I keep slicing pieces of and putting on crackers. If I had known I would have bought some apples so I would not being eating so many crackers.

It was great when we bought it, but the cheese quickly got weird and soft. We've bought this cheese before, both from Sam's and in smaller packages from grocery stores and never had this issue.

My favorite xtra sharp cheddar on the market. Tastes even better at close to room temperature. I recommend this highly if you are a cheddar lover in all ways
