very good lactose-free sharp cheddar. It doesn't have the bite of their vintage and it's kinda creamy

Disappointed. This is not as good as Cabot's white EXTRA sharp cheese. Please bring that back and drop this one.

Excellent alone for snacks, or added to morning sausage (or any) sanwich. Great grated on salads, veggies, etc.

I used seriously sharp cheese in my macaroni and cheese and it was very successful everyone loved it I would definitely buy again!

Have always been satisfied with Cabot's cheese. This is not as flaky as their 3 Year cheese but still has a good sharp flavor.

Delicious! one of the best cheddars around. We use it for Pimiento Cheese and it is perfect! We qlso grate it into just about everything.

Cabot cheese is number one and their Seriously Sharp cheese is awesome! Always glad to find it on the shelf.

Love this cheese maybe too much, taste great, and nice sharpness. Does not last long in the fridge.
