cabot changed its recipe a while back in a "bait and switch". this is no longer as sharp as it used to be, and is too moist and rubbery

Disappointed. This is not as good as Cabot's white EXTRA sharp cheese. Please bring that back and drop this one.

Have always been satisfied with Cabot's cheese. This is not as flaky as their 3 Year cheese but still has a good sharp flavor.

I used seriously sharp cheese in my macaroni and cheese and it was very successful everyone loved it I would definitely buy again!
