This has been my go-to cheddar for over two decades and I've been through over 700 pounds (conservative) over that period. In my experience it has never varied. When given time to relax at room temperature it is dreamy creamy, big acid and a funk that keeps developing if left out. It will become quite pungent! Very little if any sweetness even in aftertaste. Great by itself but I love it in a meal with apples and potato chips. Really stands up to mustard. And toasted this cheese is pure heaven. 5 stars but the price makes it 6 stars.

If I could give Cabot Seriously Sharp a 6 star review, I would. It is an excellent cheese. Great flavor and none of that rubbery feel that some cheeses have. For even more cheddar flavor in Mac and Cheese, buy some ahead so you can use it near its expiration date when it has even more flavor.

Why does this cheese have potato starch in it? When I bought it at the store and looked at the package, no where did it indicate potato starch as an ingredient. It is only upon getting on this website that I see potato starch listed as an ingredient. Why is this??

My Grandfather introduced me to this cheese. I have been eating and loving it since I can even remember! Now, I am on the opposite side of the country and it's one of my biggest cravings! Absolutely love love love will forever love this cheese. Cabot is the BEST!

This Seriously Sharp Cheddar is like, the best. I like sharp cheddar and this beats them all. Years ago I used to pick up milk at the farms with the tanker and the farmers could order a big block and it reminds me of that. I was raised up on a dairy farm and love to keep connected with you guys.

When I discovered I was lactose intolerant I thought it meant no more milk or cheese. The day I took the time to read the ingredients of Cabot cheese was a banner day! I was one happy lady. I have purchased nothing but Cabot cheddar since. Thank you!

We love this cheese! Unfortunately it is not available in Canada so when we do have a chance to travel to the USA we really stock up. We haven't been able to get any for the last couple of years so are really looking forward to the time when we once more can enjoy this wonderful cheese.

This cheese is absolutely amazing. Ever since the first time I tried it, I haven't been able to find another cheese this consistently sharp. Sometimes, when buying other cheeses, they are either dull or very slightly sharp. This is SERIOUSLY SHARP, and is really good. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys the sharper side of cheese.

I have loved the Seriously Sharp cheddar for years. Recently, the only version I have found is in a new package with the phrase "aged 18 months" on it. The flavor has less bite and the consistency is different. It doesn't slice as cleanly as the previous version. Is this the "new" Seriously Sharp"? Or a new version of it? I enjoyed the original version more and hope you will revert to it. The original version received a solid 5 stars.

I absolutely LOVE these cheese snacks. They're just sharp enough and easy to grab and go. My only concern is that the individual packages can be hard to open. Sometimes you have to use scissors to cut it open, not very helpful when you're away from home. Aside from that, they are still a favorite.
