I have been buying Seriously Sharp forever for use in macaroni and cheese and just for eating. Over the last few months the sharpness is few and far between. I am very disappointed with your product.

Has gone down hill not same as it used to be every time I buy it’s very in consistency and not always seriously sharp last batch was like wet block if normal cheese no flaky ness at all

This was my favorite cheese and I used to buy the largest size making sure I had more than one in the fridge at all times, but the texture and taste has changed. I will be buying something different from now on.

I use this in my garlic herb cheese rolls. And they are amazing! Also I eat it, put it in mac & cheese, add it to pasta dishes for a little extra yum. So good!!!!!

I only recently discovered this gem of a cheese product and oh boy do I feel like I've been missing out! The flavor is outstanding, smokey and complex. Simply delicious.

The flavor is all bold, white cheddar. One of my very favorite cheeses. Does not melt very well, but a sliver of this on a beef hot dog is heaven.

Love the flavor, I like with Apple Pie and Pretzels. Cuts the sweetness of the pie and excellent match with pretzels.

There's sharp with acrid after taste and then there's this sharp cheese. It's so creamy and full of flavor.
