Dehumidifies but the Pump DOES NOT last

We loved it while it lasted. It still dehumidifies but the pump lasted barely 1 year. If you really need this for the pump feature, look elsewhere.

Failed after a year

Typical offshore-made dehumidifier. It makes noise, makes water...then the refrigerant leaks out as the warranty expires. Who cares how "efficient" it is if it ends up in the landill after a year?

Easy to set up, put in pump option and walk away.

Bought this unit 3 weeks ago to replace a unit that quit working. It works really well, and I love the pump option. I run the line over 10 feet to a floor drain.

Helped a lot!

I have an old 75 year old block house and had condensation so bad. On walls without insulation, I would get mold. This dehumidifier completely took my problem away. I hooked my drain into my home a/c water pump. resovoir.

Check the unit for damage before you leave

I am on my second unit. The first on I purchased, I got it home and set it up. Let it run for about 22 hours. Went to check the bucket and it was bone dry. After checking, I found a hole all the way through condenser coils about the size of my pinky. There was no damage to the filter that covered the coils so it HAD to happen in production. I did do an even exchange at Sam's and the replacement does seem to be working great, but it has only been one day.

great price compared to regular crawlspace units

I bought in the summer of 2020 put in crawlspace cut out place to make visible in trap door (in utility area) to operate and check unit hooked up water hose led to sump pump4 feet under ground encapsulated crawlspace and it keeps my space 55% to 60% on average
