Lasted 2 Years

Unfortunately, I have to report the same as numerous others here. It worked great for close to 2 years, but then it no longer worked. I bought mine in July 2022 and mine started partially working at almost exactly the 2 year mark. Partially means it would be running but not drawing the humidity out of the air. I suspected it was freezing up due to low refrigerant/coolant. I'd cut it off for a while and then restart it and sometimes it would seem to get better. But by 2 years and a month, it appears all coolant has leaked out of the system, and it just runs constantly but does nothing. A humidity gauge with an alarm on it signaled my small room was at 70% humidity. Based on the number of reviews posted here with a similar result, it seems this model has a problem lasting more than a few years. I paid around $200 for the unit, so it essentially cost me $100 a year to have this, not to mention the extra electricity it burned through as it was reaching its end of life.

After 1 1/2 years it stopped collecting water. Its now just an expensive fan.

15 month throw away

Worked great for 15 months. Motors run, but doesnt pull water. Sams extended warranty program is also a joke.
