Renee, we're so sorry that your Ultra Strong Toilet Paper isn't as soft as you were expecting and that it didn't last as long as you were hoping it would. This isn't what we expected since we have many quality checks, and the design of our Ultra Strong should capture any mess more easily so that you can use less. If you're looking for soft toilet paper, our Ultra Soft is best, so we'd like to tell you more about this and collect some details about your Ultra Strong. Please call us at 800-777-1410.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Mike. We have many quality checks to ensure our toilet paper is both strong and comfortable for you. You may enjoy our Ultra Soft in the blue packaging more, as it is a much softer tissue. We'd love to hear more to help you further. Give us a call at (800) 777-1410.

Hey there, Myo, thanks for reaching out to Charmin, asking about the thickness of your recently purchased 32 pack of Charmin Ultra Strong Mega Rolls. Our Quality Bears assure us that the thickness of our Ultra Strong sheets hasn't changed. In fact, the feel of Ultra Strong has been the same since August of 2022. It's possible your plies may be separating, and we'd be Beary happy to talk further with you about this to make sure we give you the best help possible. Call us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 777-1410.
