We’re really sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when a product you’ve trusted for strength and reliability no longer performs the way you expect. Ultra Strong should live up to its name, and we’re sorry this wasn’t your experience. We’d like the opportunity to look into this further and share your concerns with our quality team. Please reach out to Charmin Consumer Care at 1-800-777-1410, and they’ll be happy to help and gather more details about what you experienced. Thank you again for letting us know — feedback like yours is important and helps us continue to improve.

Our toilet paper goes through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy the go, Angela, so we're sorry to hear this. We'd be happy to learn more, so please give us a call at (800) 777-1410 when you can.

Thanks so much for letting us know your feedback. Charmin Ultra Strong is meant to be a tough toilet paper in the bathroom, so you can use less. It sounds like Charmin Ultra Soft might be more your style. It's meant to be softer so you can enjoy-the-go and can be found in blue packaging. For further help with our toilet paper, give us a call at (800) 777-1410.

Papa Bear Leonard certainly appreciates your warning, Kenny, thanks for the head's up!
