I love that these pineapples were large than the other grocery stores and cheaper in price. No one will be upset to get more for less; especially if it’s good! And the pineapples were good and sweet!

This summer's pineapples at Sam's have not been a good experience. They have been green on the outside but rotten on the inside at the bottom. One customer service employee stated it is because of the intense heat in transport. Buyer beware.

Best fresh pineapple I have ever purchased. Sliced and placed in Jar with added Thai Kitchen Coconut water . Great to snack on! Fresh and taste great! Easy to cut. Save your pickle jars. Fill with pineapple!

This was by far the juiciest sweetest Pineapple I have ever purchased. I could not get enough of it. I bought it for my grandsons birthday party and wound up eating about half of it before serving it to the children

Sam's carried the Delmonte brand which ripened in about a week. They were delicious. Since the switch to the ones from Costa Rica, I have not experienced the same quality and have stopped buying them.

I waited several days for it to ripen and it really never did. It was not sweet. It was not really yellow. I took about three bites of it and threw it away. It wasn’t even worth eating.

This pineapple was thw biggest I have purchased. A great selection in store. I waited a few days to slice it and it was gone in less time. The taste was amazing!

A rotten one was loaded into my car in a recent curbside pickup. It belonged in the trash bin, not sold to customers. Didn’t see it until I got home. I can’t return it and go inside the store; that’s why I do curbside pickup in the first place.

Sam's usually has large pineapples for a decent price. I've often heard that pineapples don't get sweeter after cutting but I like to let the outer skin of the pineapple turn brownish and develop a sweet scent before cutting.

I used to buy 2 large ones at a time. But we just could not eat the 2nd one fast enough. It would turn brownish. Will just buy one at a time from now on. It's a very inexpensive tropical fruit. Even our dog likes it.
