We couldn't get it together at all. I tried to Google how to get the arms on but had no luck. Finally my son got them together. Not sure how but its together. I think the price is a little steep for the size but for having this in our extra bedroom. For a couch and and extra bed it will work fine.

I love the design of this couch and the pull out bed. The package came in two shipments, and sams club only provided with the first tracking number. These boxes are HEAVY so fyi. Came almost 2 weeks earlier than expected. The couch is super firm right now, as its brand new. But that's to be expected in my opinion.

Came in 2 boxes 3 days apart. But once arrived it was easy to put together. Perfect size for my second living room. Lots of storage in the chaise. The bed pulls out to make a perfect place for family movie night. I'm not sold on the quality yet as it seems it might not hold up for a long time. We'll see if after 6 months. But it's comfy and looks nice.

We needed a couch that converts to a bed for guests. I looked everywhere and this seemed to be the best one for the price. It arrived 5 days earlier than we were told. That is good because it took a while to get it assembled. Once my husband figured it out it was done and ready to use. It is on the hard side but we prefer that. Our first guest said it was great. Had to use king-size sheets and a full mattress pad. Wish it had been a tan or beige color but the light gray works OK.

Recently assembled this yesterday. After 2.5hrs of strain, mainly due to the lack of visuals and directions on the assembly instructions and video, we somehow managed to connect the brackets only to find one corner of the sofa defective. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

It’s sturdy and comfortable. I wanted something that wouldn’t overwhelm small space with functionality; this does the job. My only qualm is that it’s much smaller than expected. I’m only 5’5” and my feet hang off the chaise. I extended it today for the first time and I had the same issue. If I were to lay diagonally it could work. Problem is that I’m the shortest of my bunch so it may not work so well. It’s got the width of the full size bed (which attracted me to the product) but it’s much shorter in length & I’m not a tall person. For that’d reason I’d given the rating of 4 starts. It’s super cute and a grey value.

Not a bad buy ,difficult to assemble.

Delivered quickly, meets our needs in our basement reno.

Pleased with quality and appearance.

Great couch! Easy to assemble, comfortable, and easily to convert to bed.
