Good looking sofa but unfortunately the arms did not attach. I purchased the sectional for the optional reconfiguration but the arms were unmanageable. Will be returning.

Love the piece. Just has a wider space on side with pull out and that is bothersome to me i feel like the hinge is off just a little where you slide on the side

For being a storage sectional I definitely thought it would be super firm but it was quite comfortable. The pull out part was fairly easy to do and put back. I also love how it's great for small spaces and durable!

This is excellent for the area I needed. Super convenient that it converts in to a full bed. I love the area where blankets can hide under the chase. Just exactly what I wanted. Comfortable and practical.

I haven’t used it for a fold out couch yet so my rating may or may my go up. But the only comfortable seat is the chaise. It seems the back cushion is so puffy you don’t have much room to sit.

The Hamilton Reversible Storage sectional is sturdy and comfortable. The pullout bed is easy to set up and put away. The cushions are thick and comfortable. The fabric appears easy to clean.

Firm sectional with a lot of good features. I love the extra storage and the pullout feature. It makes the item versatile and easy to use. All in all I would for sure buy this product

A bit stiff, but still comfy, needed something for a enclosed screen porch and the size is great. A bit difficult to put together as each piece slides into each other. Do appreciate that chaise can be put on either side.

The cushions are nice and firm. I love the clean sharp look of the sectional, as well as the color. It is SO convenient that this product has a ton of storage space and can turn into a pullout bed!

It arrived in different sections and had to be assembled. Was relatively easy to do by myself. Cushions could be a little softer. Overall, I am happy with the product.
