I bought this couch and could not use for two weeks because of needing help to put it together. Now after two weeks of using the couch occasionally I pulled out the extended portion to “sit on”. The wooden frame broke in half. I have emailed samsclub@abbsonliving.com, but no response yet.

I purchased this couch in Nov 2020 and it didn't arrive until Dec 2020. The pullout couch/bed portion collapses. I completed all the necessary measures to get this fixed and noticed it had a 1 year warranty from Abbyson. Abbyson had a technician come out and confirm that the couch was in fact broken. Its now Jan 2020 and we still don't have a couch that works. I have had horrible communication with both Abbyson and Sams Club regarding follow up. I also feel like my warranty should start over once I get a couch that works. I also want to remind you that this is how the couch came and that no harm was done for this to have happened. I have been very disappointed.

Love my lounger sofa bed

I am very surprised this couch is getting so many good reviews. The couch is pretty firm and the sleeper keeps falling off the track so it makes it impossible to allow for someone to sleep on it. I just bought it and immediately noticed the track for the sleeper is defective. This is getting returned back to the store. The back of the couch is not very attractive if your plan is to put in the middle of the room and not against a wall.

Received in August and have noticed the fabric seems to be stretching out and leaves wavy, wrinkles in the cushions. The material seems very thin, poor quality for a sofa in my opinion. In the beginning it was great, but now it is not holding up. Afraid to see what it look like 6 months down the road. Since it has been past 3 months Sam's will not take it back... so I am stuck like Chuck.

Had it so for 2 weeks when I leaned back while sitting on the chaise section and heard a snap. Broke some support and the back became all wobbly. In general, the back was low so you don't get great back support. It was reasonable comfortable: firm but that is what I prefer. Never got a chance to sleep on it so...

My husband and I had this couch no more than two weeks and both the legs on the chaise broke off and the sides on the pull out sink in whenever someone sits on it. We got it for a great price on a Black Friday sale and were so excited for it but ended up being very disappointed. We also tried to contact the company that makes them but never heard anything back.

I’ve had this for right at 10 months. It’s horribly uncomfortable, the bed platform shifts, comes off it’s tracks and is just in general “cheap”. The first couple months it was okay, but this would be an extremely lightly used decor couch if anything. Do not recommend for average/moderate use. Save your money.

I purchased it in Nov 2021 and received within a month. It was delivered in two boxes by fedex. You can assemble alone with a little more effort but it's doable. At first I was happy with my purchase. However after using it for couple of months I noticed some wear on it which is gradually worsening day by day. Please see the pictures (these were taken at 5 months of usage).
