What a nightmare experience! We were so excited about getting this sofa while we were furniture shopping at such a great price! The delivery company is AWFUL! We scheduled 3 weeks ahead of time for delivery since the window was 8a-8p, we knew someone would be home. They never showed up so at 6pm I called for an update. The response was “it actually never got loaded on the truck for today's deliveries” So I asked for reschedule for the 2nd since we would be out of town, the gentleman said “no problem” now I've gotten a text saying we're rescheduled for 12/26 and no one will be home to receive it. If you'd like to actually get your sofa, don't go with this one.

I am so sorry - I thought the bad reviews were all about shipping damage and poor customer service, but when I say that this is the least comfortable thing I have ever sat on, please believe me. My back hurts, my butt fell asleep, and I added so many pillows but still could not make this thing even remotely comfortable. I'm 5'7" and 165lbs, a very average sized person, and while it was nice that the couch is narrow for my small space, they also cut down the depth of the seat so that a few inches above your knee are unsupported unless you're sitting straight up. You cannot lounge on this couch. It might be good for a kids play room? Overall the construction seemed solid, it assembled easily, and it looked great in my room, but I had to return it. Sitting on the ground is preferable to sitting on this thing.

The couch looks nice, but the overall experience wasn't great. The cushions are on the firmer side and not very comfortable for long sitting. On top of that, the arm wouldn't attach because the manufacturer installed the hardware incorrectly — both brackets were on the wrong sides. I had to remove and swap the male and female brackets myself just to get it to lock together. It works now, but the quality control and comfort leave a lot to be desired.

Love my lounger sofa bed

I am very surprised this couch is getting so many good reviews. The couch is pretty firm and the sleeper keeps falling off the track so it makes it impossible to allow for someone to sleep on it. I just bought it and immediately noticed the track for the sleeper is defective. This is getting returned back to the store. The back of the couch is not very attractive if your plan is to put in the middle of the room and not against a wall.

I wasn't impressed after installation. PROS: material and cushion are good for the price. like others say, it feels hard, but i agree that it will soften over time. the bed works great. the color is pleasant, shipping was great, and easy assembly. CONS: Its a lower back support. more than half of back cushion will hang in air. make a mistake and lean back, you might fall. This wouldn't been a problem to me if it was well shown in pictures, descriptions, or video....(I would not have bout it). This feature forces you to have the sofa against a wall, not in the middle of the room. One more con, It is not deep. I feels like only half of my butt is seating. also, the side arm rest feel so low and thin. (NOTE: This is on me, because dimensions are given here on the site. but it's not intuitive for average joe to understand what a 32" depth is going to feel when we get it), it is not deep. NOTE: Do your own 360 dimensioning homework before you buy.

My mother ordered us this couch as a Christmas present. Disclaimer: I never review products because I'm not that guy... However, have not been pleased so far. Assembly would have been a breeze if the correct brackets came affixed to the furniture. However, that did not happen. The brackets are supposed to be matched up male/female to fasten together. Unfortunately, on one side they are both male. Needless to say I ahve an armless couch and according to manufactuer it will be that way for the next 1-2 weeks... No accomadations offered. No applogies. Thankfully Sam's at least appologized and os trying to escalate woth the manufactuer. Time will tell. Will update of need be. At this time I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered this couch in December 2020 and the seats have butt marks in them where the foam does not bounce back. The fabric is good. Other than that it’s an OK couch. But I am looking to get rid of it because of the indentions in the seats that don’t bounce back.

This is an awful couch. I purchased this at a sale price, 200 off the Original 899 and it’s not worth it. The problem is that I could not assemble the couch. I think the brackets are mis-attached or incorrectly included. The instructions indicated that the parts were labeled alphabetically but they were not. The only label I found were two “L” stamps on both arms rests. The L was not even part of the alphalabeling so I’m assuming it stands for Left. That’s makes me believe that the couch came with 2 left Arms as I was able to attach one arm rest to either side of the couch but not the other. rests.

We got this couch only a year ago. Instantly noticed it's very hard and not much room for sitting on the cushions. After having it not even a year, the pillows on the back are sagging down, the seats are lumpy and there are springs sticking out in many spots that you can definitely feel when you sit down. Super disappointed and do not recommend!
