Pull out keeps coming out. Sofa is really firm (for me), I was hoping for more soft and comfortable and is not as deep as I wanted.

I love the functionality in f this sectional. The storage in the chaise is very large and I love that it easily converts to a bed. This would be great for a guest bedroom.
