We bought this couch two years ago and it is worn down already. Looks like we have had for years and years. The back cushions are not comfortable, barely seem filled with stuffing now, and the back frame is easy to break. Mush smaller than I anticipated as well. I bought it for company to sleep on in a pinch and it's so uncomfortable, people don't even want to sit on it, let alone sleep on it. I only gave it two stars because the concept is great and love the storage, but not built to last or use regularly.

I purchased this couch in Nov 2020 and it didn't arrive until Dec 2020. The pullout couch/bed portion collapses. I completed all the necessary measures to get this fixed and noticed it had a 1 year warranty from Abbyson. Abbyson had a technician come out and confirm that the couch was in fact broken. Its now Jan 2020 and we still don't have a couch that works. I have had horrible communication with both Abbyson and Sams Club regarding follow up. I also feel like my warranty should start over once I get a couch that works. I also want to remind you that this is how the couch came and that no harm was done for this to have happened. I have been very disappointed.

My mother ordered us this couch as a Christmas present. Disclaimer: I never review products because I'm not that guy... However, have not been pleased so far. Assembly would have been a breeze if the correct brackets came affixed to the furniture. However, that did not happen. The brackets are supposed to be matched up male/female to fasten together. Unfortunately, on one side they are both male. Needless to say I ahve an armless couch and according to manufactuer it will be that way for the next 1-2 weeks... No accomadations offered. No applogies. Thankfully Sam's at least appologized and os trying to escalate woth the manufactuer. Time will tell. Will update of need be. At this time I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought this couch and could not use for two weeks because of needing help to put it together. Now after two weeks of using the couch occasionally I pulled out the extended portion to “sit on”. The wooden frame broke in half. I have emailed samsclub@abbsonliving.com, but no response yet.

When we got the couch, most of it seemed fine. Assembly wasn't too bad and the pull out was nice. Less then a year, railing on the pull out started falling apart. Long term, it has gotten worse. The coils or whatever support have pressed through the cushion, can see it when looking at the couch and make it impossible to find a place to be comfortable. Didn't do anything crazy with it, but long term, it was not worth it. Have to have some thick blankets on the cushions to make it anywhere near comfortable. Should have respected the fishhook on the 1 stars.

Sleeper sofa is perfect and compact! Fabric looks nice and cushioning is sturdy!
