I would use this in a family/kids room. It is very sturdy. It's versatile with the pullout bed. The storage is a plus. It's very nice for the price range.

I think it's a little too firm and not comfortable. I do like that you can put at as a pullout bed. I also like that the long part of it is a storage underneath it.
