I recently purchased the adjustable bed for my elderly mom and she absolutely loves it. She feels well rested in the morning and wakes up with no body aches. She loves the fact that she can adjust the settings to her liking. In her old bed she used to use five different pillows to help her sleep at night and with her new bed and Members Mark mattress she only uses one pillow. I would highly recommend the bed. I also purchased the extended warranty to ensure the bed motor is covered for several years.

This one was a lemon, I will return and order a new one. The (6) legs would not come apart into the 4 separate sections, they would not screw into the base at all. Only one leg would screw into the base. The screw holes were defective as well. I was broken hearted, but I'll give them another chance.

This adjustable bed frame has been a total game changer for my overall well being. I have a rheumatic disorder that can cause horrible pain at night leading to poor sleep. With simple adjustments of this frame I have been able to get into comfortable positions that take the weight off my achy body parts. There are so many options of position and the vibration modes are super fun to add as I am reading in bed before I turn out the light. Delivery was quick and flawless, set up was super easy and the quality of the bed frame is very impressive. I am so glad I made this purchase and have become totally spoiled by it. Do not hesitate to choose this bed frame.

First - this is very heavy. If you are a smaller person you might need help. This comes in a single piece that is folded in half. It was shipped via Fedex, which is not what the website portrays it to be. It says that the shipping company will reach out to arrange delivery. this made me think that it would be delivered and set up. Nope! It was left on my front porch. I had to drag the 100+ pounds over the door and into the house. I almost gave up!! Once I finally got it in and out of the box - set up was a breeze. It literally folds open - the legs twist on (adjustable by adding on pieces) and then you plug it in. 30 minutes tops. Comes with a battery pack but no batteries for it - it takes 9v - in case the power goes out. This works incredibly well for me. The vibration helps soothe tired, restless legs. the zero gravity feature is so relaxing and great for reading or watching television in bed. The back literally sits up at a 90 degree angle - if you need to eat in bed on a tray - this frame will help facilitate that.

I am very pleased with this unit. The backlots remote works very well. I especially like the head tilt function. It is probably why I bought the unit. It was fairly easy for a guy of 74 years of age to set up although it does take two people to set it inside of an existing bedframe not to mention getting it to the second floor up the stairs, the split king version that I have connect with just one plug-in to function as one unit. I cannot hear any other sound at all except for the bedding rustling as it Is functioning. At the time that I purchased this, it was $300 less than when I started looking at it. If you’re even remotely thinking about it pull the trigger now you won’t be sorry.

This is the 3rd purchase of adjustable bases for my household - and this one is hands down the best. Just had to connect legs - which come in multiple sections so that you can easily decide on best height for your nightstand, etc. What impressed me the most is that the price doesn't reflect on the quality and function. Remote has multiple functions - all worked right out of the box. More functions than my way more expensive ones. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this purchase.

I researched 7+ brands before purchasing this model. This base has the same features as name brands costing much more. When I was ready to purchase it was out of stock so I waited 4 weeks until it was available. Worth the wait in both comfort & cost. The massage feature is nice, just enough vibration to lull me to sleep. I like the adjustable legs, choose your best height. Back lite remote is easy to use and understand. I have had this about 3 weeks. I think I am falling asleep faster and resting better -- even my watch tracker reports are better. Can't go wrong with this purchase

Don't get me wrong. The base of this bed is very well constructed. However, the legs are not made so well. The legs are plastic. The legs have no integrity. Having multiple pieces that raise the height. I am afraid to move the bed in fear of the threads breaking off. I went on line and purchased 9" solid bed legs that cost me more money. I would rather have paid a little more to have metal legs rather than plastic. Also I had delivery problems. Sam's Club did rectify that issue.

The most important part (the bed itself) is great. Does everything it is supposed to. However, if you expect to use the companion app don't get your hopes up. Even if you can figure out the Bluetooth Mac addresses for each side of the he'd you would have to select it each time you open the app. Once you try to select the Mac addresses (for those who don't know this is a unique alphanumeric address for Bluetooth devices) it will not connect. There is no pairing no wizard no nothing. The app flat out does not work. In addition it looks like a middle school project. Very disappointing in that regard. But, the bed works so that's good. Just had hopes of integrating bed control into my local home automation setup. Suppose if I want to do that I'll be figuring out how to programatically interact with the bed all on my own.

This is a great bed. I’ve had it for a month and I love it. Extremely easy to setup and everything works as advertised. I researched many different brands and Member’s Mark was by far the best value with many features other brands did not have. If you’re shopping for an adjustable bed, this one deserves serious consideration.
