This was the easiest bed to set up, it comes folded in half. The only thing you need to assemble is the 6 legs that screw in easily. Quiet operation. I searched several bed frames, but this one had the the adjustable headrest as well as the other adjustments. Much cheaper than others without the adjustable headrest. It is a bit heavy and awkward to move, so you'll need 2 people to get where you need it.

Very easy to put together. Can do by yourself if strong and determined but much easier with second person. This is the second one I have put together, this time by myself. With the second person it is much easier. Love that the company already has felt on the bottom of the legs for the bed. Typical set up can happen in 20 minutes or less. All you have to do is unfold, put on the legs, put upright, and plug in. So easy.

This is the best way to relax in bed without the extra pillows propping you up. With the click of the remote you can move your head or feet up into a relaxing position. It fit inside my daughter’s current headboard. Very easy to set up, no tools needed.

I purchased this king adjustable base along with the king Nectar 14" Prestige Hybrid mattress. This king adjustable base is one complet frame assembly. It is heavy and is shipped in a z-fold configuration. The box is the width of a mattress, so it does take some muscle to move around. I found that after getting the box opened, removing the plastic warap ant the accessories strapped to the frame, it was easier to remove. Assembly is tool-free. Depending on if you want free-standing or zero clearance will determine assembly time. I went with free-standing and screwed in the 6 legs at the full 12" height. There are also 2 securing plates you attach at the lower hinge fold to stabilize the base. The power supply plugs in to the connector under the base. This base has a blue LED light that glows, providing a soft glow that illuminates the bottom of the frame. It is not harsh, just a soft glow. A wireless remote is included along with 3 AAA batteries for power. An emergency battery power strip which uses 2 9V batteries (not included) to power the base during a power outage is included. I did download the iOS app to control the base with my phone. It works with a Bluetooth connection and I had no issues connecting or controlling the base. Just make sure to select the correct remote layout in the Settings to get the coomplete set of options. The base takes a mattress up to 14" which is what I purchased. I have had no issues with the mattress being raised/lowered from the top/bottom or both. The pillow tilt works well and I can feel the massage features with this mattress, so I did not lose any features with this matress. I am very satisfied with this king adjustable base.

We purchased this bedframe in 2020. Last month one side quit working. Due to the age we didn't expect much except possibly to find someone to come out and repair it on our dime. Though it took some phone calls I reached the manufacturer directly. They actually answered the phone, in person! We went through some options for correcting the problem. Long story short, they sent me replacement electronics, a YouTube video and assurance that they were always available to help. The replacement went well, NO COST to us and we are now resting easy. This kind of customer service has become so rare I still find it hard to believe it's still out there. Thank you so much for your help!

Excellent for what it does. A few important pointers for potential buyers: 1. Not all mattresses will bend with the base. So get that sorted out before purchase the base. Our 14" hybrid simply would not work. 2. The mattress retaining bar is tied underneath the base just like all the other parts. Only they used black ties instead of redish orange ties used on all other accessories. As a result, we had to uproot everything and lift the base again in order to cut the ties to install the base. Not cool at all. Other than that, we are very happy with it.

This is a quality product, and needs minor assembly, basically unfold it, and put the legs on. Two people can assemble it in less than 15 minutes, includes the removal from the shipping box etc. I've included a photo of the underside so you can see the quality.

A definite plus is the addition of the head elevation. If you use an I pad, or watch tv in bed! Definitely do not pass up this feature. The base is quiet moving although the vibration mode is loud and obnoxious. I don’t need or use it and it scares the dog. I’d buy it again and may crawl underneath it to unplug the vibration motors so I don’t bump the wrong button and turn them on.

If remote stops working %26 bed won't move, its probably gotten into child lock mode. Per mfr cust service, to get it out of lock mode: hold the Flat button ___ Foot Up button at same time. And it fixes it.

Ive had this for more than a year now and it gets loud and the screws get loose after a time. means you have to pull the mattress off and turn it on its side or upside down and try to figure out which screws is loose! every time i turn on the massage, it is so super loud and sounds so raggedy!
