I am so happy that I made this purchase. The adjustable base is everything it says it’s to be. It fit perfectly inside my bed frame and set up was a breeze. You definitely will need two people to set up due to its weight. My only issue is that the USB ports are underneath which requires you to pretty much put your head underneath to find. It would have been better to be built in on the sides. Also my Apple IPad will not charge using the USB ports. I’ve tried using different cords but no luck. So in that case, it would be nice to have a 110v socket for just particular issue. But for the price, I can live with those minor issues.

I have a really nice adjustable base that I bought five or six years ago. So I bought this one for my guest room. I liked it so much I put in my room and put my old one in the guestroom. It’s a good quality and I really like the head tilt. Only thing you need to know is that it’s really heavy and you’re gonna need help with the set up especially if your bedrooms are on the second floor like mine are.

This is the best way to relax in bed without the extra pillows propping you up. With the click of the remote you can move your head or feet up into a relaxing position. It fit inside my daughter's current headboard. Very easy to set up, no tools needed.

Fits perfectly inside our Queen Cherry Poster Bed in place of the box springs with matching vertical height to original bed set. We were ready to return our new hybrid mattress (hard as a rock), but are now able to adjust with the head and feet slightly raised to give a cradling effect even for side sleep position. The pillow tilt is nice for reading or watching TV while lying down, or added comfort with the head raised. The lift motors are very smooth and quiet; the massage vibrators are louder (especially on 'low'), but the bed is also on hardwood floors with little sound dampening. Bottom-line: Highly recommend, great price ($300-400 less than comparable) and fits inside existing bedframe.

I recently purchased the adjustable bed for my elderly mom and she absolutely loves it. She feels well rested in the morning and wakes up with no body aches. She loves the fact that she can adjust the settings to her liking. In her old bed she used to use five different pillows to help her sleep at night and with her new bed and Members Mark mattress she only uses one pillow. I would highly recommend the bed. I also purchased the extended warranty to ensure the bed motor is covered for several years.

Great product and value! I did LOTS of research before buying this product. It has the most desirable and useful features that many consumer reviews noted. I love the height, heavy structure, quietness of motion (including motors and vibrators), wireless remote and app for my phone. The Members Mark app does not work properly, but the same company makes different apps... so I use the Q-Plus Adjustable Remote app by South Bay International Inc. It works perfectly, so my wife uses the remote and I use my phone app. Elevating my feet helps blood flow in my legs and my feet/legs stay warmer when I sleep. The position I love sleeping is 5 degrees head elevation and 11 degrees feet elevation. I save the setting on the remote memory settings, so it is easy to find before dozing off. This adjustable bed frame has been a total game changer for my overall well being. I have a rheumatic disorder that can cause horrible pain at night leading to poor sleep. With simple adjustments of this frame I have been able to get into comfortable positions that take the weight off my achy body parts. There are so many options of position and the vibration modes are super fun to add as I am reading in bed before I turn out the light. Delivery was quick and flawless, set up was super easy and the quality of the bed frame is very impressive. I am so glad I made this purchase and have become totally spoiled by it. Do not hesitate to choose this bed frame.

Love the adjudtable bed! It is comparable to far more expensive brands. Very quick and easy to set up. I would give a 5-star rating but cannot due to the mattress retainer bar being missing and, after multiple attemps, i have not been able to talk to the right person to have the missing item sent to me. That part has been very frustrating.

Don't get me wrong. The base of this bed is very well constructed. However, the legs are not made so well. The legs are plastic. The legs have no integrity. Having multiple pieces that raise the height. I am afraid to move the bed in fear of the threads breaking off. I went on line and purchased 9" solid bed legs that cost me more money. I would rather have paid a little more to have metal legs rather than plastic. Also I had delivery problems. Sam's Club did rectify that issue.

Received the queen adjustable bed that is supposed to have adjustable legs, to customize the height of the mattress. The 6 legs are already screwed together so tightly we were unable to separate any of them to make the legs shorter, and only 3 of the legs would screw into the holes. Those 3 could be screwed into any of the 6 holes, the other 3 would not screw into any of the 6 holes. Very frustrating to not have this feature. Had to use 4 generic bed legs in order to set up the bed, and they are too short, making it difficult to rise up out of the bed. The other controls all work fine, but would really like a taller bed!!
