After only getting one of two pieces, FedEx has a Master tracking number and then another tracking number on the 2nd part. FedEx delivered the box with the master tracking number took a picture and my delivery was final. FedEx automated customer service prevented me from getting to a human for two days. I finally got to a human and was told my package 📦 was delivered, now I had to explain how to see the other tracking number to FedEx customer service representative she was nice and click on the links I asked her to and then she started a process to rerouting my lost pakage back to me. I had actually talked to Sam's Club and was told I received my package they were satisfied. Four days latter FedEx was telling me my package is lost and they don't seem to care. Back to Sam's club that first guy hung up on me because I paid for something and only received half, and the camouflage of FedEx showed I received my package and anybody looking at the picture hwould believe I was a lying, corporate America gotta fix the dumb the concept of the master tracking number was new to me and I don't know the FedEx Sam's Club shipping and product delivery system but I have to explain it, to everybody I talk to about getting what I paid for delivered. Sam's Club has automated return if your missing parts so I clicked that and started a return ticket with a replacement shipment not really sure what that was gonna do. At this point it is like a new video game pushing buttons to see what happens. I called Sam's Club customer service to speak with a supervisor. He followed my instructions on how to see the second package 📦 he put me on hold and talked to FedEx by the end of the call he assured me FedEx would be rerouting my package back to me. Itold him about the replacement shipment and asked him to cancel it. FedEx found my package in Kernersville NC and tracking showed it was actually heading here for the third time. FedEx was showing another master tracking number and another camouflaged tracking number heading my way. Things are really moving now I got one of two pieces here the list package 📦 rerouted for the second time actually heading here with a replacement shipment heading here. Delivery day FedEx guy at the door, he has the lost package 📦 and the replacement shipment 📦 📦 and a shipping label to pick up the 📦 I have for the return. So I give him the one I have take two 📦 📦 from him and refuse the third 📦 . Finally I have both halves of my California King Adjustable Bed Base 🛌.
I assemble it since the mattress arrived three days ago. I get it together ❤️ batteries in the remote jumper wire connected bed works fine. Unit on right as you lay in it is noisy when raising and lowering the foot of the bed. Having all the trouble getting this thing here I deal with the noise. I don't want to disassemble this bed my old one was crap and I'm not putting it together while I go thru the BS of another replacement as it would have to be packed reday for shipment when FedEx arrived with a 25% possibility of it being noisy after all four pieces were here and I kept two random selection and one of those is noisy.
