Lately it seems there is more gristle in it than in the past. Also, if you don’t get divided and put into the freezer by the next day, it gets an old blood smell and taste. Found that out the hard. Had to throw about 5 pounds in the trash.

This ground beef is very tasty when prepared in a variety of dishes. It is easily separated into four packages once at home and I use them over a time for homemade Mexican food dishes like my family enjoys. Great product and packaging pick.

This ground beef, as prepared by Sam's Club, cooks up tender and tasty without any gristle (that we've ever seen) and is a really great value. It's our goto over anything the supermarket offers or the other big club ;-)

For nearly $24...i bought this on 6/29. And plan on cooking if the next night so I left it in the refrigerator and when I took it out it was bad it smelled so bad

Bone chips in the ground beef, and this is the 3rd time it has happened. Meat is too expensive to be rendered a danger to my family’s teeth due to the laziness of the butchers allowing bone chips to be mixed in with the ground meat!

Great taste without a ton of grease. Cooked up burgers on the Traeger when we had guests over and they disappeared at record speed. I’ll be getting more on my next order.

A go to purchase of mine. I make into patties & freeze. Then I can take out whatever I need. Never too much or too little fat. Great for grilling or frying.

Wish it had been a 5lb package instead of 4.9lb it’s easier to divide into 1lb packages for freezing. Otherwise it was good. The price was about average.
