This went bad 2 days after I bought it. I was only able to use 1 portion. I froze the rest and it was bad the next day when I thawed some out.

they include the packaging in the weight that you pay. that is why they include that cold pack thing which is really heavy. do we really need to be doing this sams? we have to try and slight the customer at every turn?

More and more water is added every time i purchased it, which is about once or twice per month. The added water makes the meat to not stay fresh too long and you must cook it as soon as you bring it home.

I wish my Sam's was much closer! I would buy this hamburger meat all the time. It sure beats the prices at our local grocery stores AND Wal-Mart. This is really good hamburger meat at a reduced price compared to local stores.

With the cost of meat these days, this is the best price you’ll find on ground beef in town. I buy 1-2 each month & break them down before freezing. It’s always fresh & there’s very little grease while cooking.

Hamburger is always the best nice and lean. Never have to drain the hamburger after it’s cooked hardly any oil it’s nice that you’re paying for beef and not fat.

Lately it seems there is more gristle in it than in the past. Also, if you don’t get divided and put into the freezer by the next day, it gets an old blood smell and taste. Found that out the hard. Had to throw about 5 pounds in the trash.

The meat is always a better price than a grocery store. The packaging size is just enough for a bigger crowd or easy to divide and freeze a portion for later.

When frying for tacos, I never have to drain grease and know it's cooked though when all the water has dissipated. Makes for great meatloaf and hamburgers too!
