Oven roasted chicken, third chicken I’ve g ch one home with wasn’t done on the sides. You’re packing them too tight in the riaster

As others have stated, the meat is now very tough. I have hurt many teeth biting down into tiny bone shards throughout the beef.

If you think this is high quality ground beef...I would hate to see a lower quality.than what you are selling now

Purchased on 12/2/2022, cooked about half of it and had to throw it out because of too many bone fragments.

This went bad 2 days after I bought it. I was only able to use 1 portion. I froze the rest and it was bad the next day when I thawed some out.

I buy this big pack and then put it into Ziploc freezer bags in smaller quantities. This is fairly lean ground beef. Good flavor.

A go to purchase of mine. I make into patties & freeze. Then I can take out whatever I need. Never too much or too little fat. Great for grilling or frying.

Bone chips in the ground beef, and this is the 3rd time it has happened. Meat is too expensive to be rendered a danger to my family’s teeth due to the laziness of the butchers allowing bone chips to be mixed in with the ground meat!

Lately it seems there is more gristle in it than in the past. Also, if you don’t get divided and put into the freezer by the next day, it gets an old blood smell and taste. Found that out the hard. Had to throw about 5 pounds in the trash.

Whether for tacos, meatloaf, or burgers, this is my go-to trusted ground beef. The 88/12 ratio is perfect and does not dry out the cooked meat or render a lot of grease.
