Some of the bulbs had already turned probably because it sat on a ship for awhile waiting to get off loaded, but most of the garlic was fine.

I have noticed that each bag is a different type of garlic. Hard neck or soft neck. Thankfully there hasn't been a mixed bag, yet. Most people wouldn't notice but there is a difference.

I didn’t use to like garlic but now I love them! Garlic is good in anything and it enhances the flavor of any dish. Most of the dishes that I make calls for some garlic. I prefer fresh cloves over garlic powder and love the aroma it gives off.

There have been a lot of tiny cloves in this latest bag - it takes about 3-4 to make a normal-sized clove, so I'm spending a lot more time prepping to cook... but hopefully they will last longer than the larger cloves?

Being Italian, I buy garlic in quantity all the time. It has been hit and miss at Sam’s Club. Half the time it’s fine and half the time it’s ancient, sprouted garlic.

I get lost in the amount of peels and crazy with the amount of little tiny garlic cloves. There some regular size that are ok, but the tiny I can’t use with them. The garlics aren’t fresh and there are a number of them that are spoiled.

I peeled the whole bag at once and froze the clove. It was a lot of work. Next time I will only save the medium to large sized cloves. I retrospect, the smaller cloves were not worth the effort...

Love garlic? This is the bag for you. Nice size cloves meets my garlic needs. I been finely chopping the raw garlic and then make a good amount of fresh garlic butter. I then use the butter on these buns I purchased making fantastic garlic bread.

Not it's unusual good fresh quality Garlic. The skin was already peeling, the bulbs were brown spots and other colors, some dried needing to be cut off before used.

Many of the bulbs had dark, shriveled cloves---had to discard much of the bag's contents as unusable. Recommend more frequent in-store inspection and rotation of product.
