I ferment this whole bag of garlic at one time. It takes a while to get the skin off but worth it because it is always fresh and the cloves are a good size. I take a half spoonful daily. Also use it in cooking. Wish it was Organic.

These bulbs were beautiful, full, and very fresh! I had plenty for roasting, using in recipes, and adding to my chicken waterers! The ones I couldnt use right away I tossed in the freezer & they froze well. (Just a note to anyone who wonders about freezing garlic bulbs, you need to be prepared that this will turn the cloves yellow and make them soft. The consistency changes quite a bit but the are just as flavorful and useful as fresh bulbs.)

The garlic seemed firm. It is very fragrant. And it's not from China. It's from Argentina I believe and I really like it.

I love buying garlic in bulk to make roasted garlic for my freezer. This newer brand doesn’t seem as fresh as what I bought a year ago and it’s a smaller bag.

There are better garlic companies to buy from. Internal cloves are small and numerous compared to outer cloves.It makes it a pain to peel them once you get passed the outside.

We use a lot of garlic, so we usually buy it in bulk. However, most of the time, about half of the bulbs end up going bad. They spoil quickly and don’t have a great shelf life.

More than half the time i get these they are old, brown and yellow inside. I will definitely stop buying these

terrible garlic... gone are the days of Gilroy, CA garlic, this garlic has teeny tine cloves that aren't even worth peeling. I throw away more of these little cloves than the ones I can use. Also, there is very little garlic flavor in these, you can use 2x as much garlic and not get the flavor you want.

Sadly, the bag I bought was so old I had to throw most of it out! It happens; and since I don’t know when the best time of year to buy garlic is I just take a chance I’m going to get a fresh one. They do advertise it as fresh and that is not true!
