I’m very impressed with the quality of this fresh garlic! The cloves are large, firm, and fresh, with a strong, authentic garlic aroma as soon as you open the bag. The garlic has a great flavor—bold, fragrant, and much better than pre-minced or processed garlic. The bulk bag is also a great value, especially if you cook frequently or use garlic in a lot of your recipes. I love having plenty on hand for everything from roasted vegetables and sauces to marinades, soups, meats, and homemade garlic bread.

Large bulbs Great taste store well in the cupboard use garlic in a lot of my evening meals and fresh is the way to go for sure priced right at about $5 and some change many bulbs in the package

These bulbs were beautiful, full, and very fresh! I had plenty for roasting, using in recipes, and adding to my chicken waterers! The ones I couldnt use right away I tossed in the freezer & they froze well. (Just a note to anyone who wonders about freezing garlic bulbs, you need to be prepared that this will turn the cloves yellow and make them soft. The consistency changes quite a bit but the are just as flavorful and useful as fresh bulbs.)

This was the good stuff. Purple decoration of the skins and a center "scape". Perfect for my Laba Garlic recipe.

Good value however within a week it started sprouting

I love buying garlic in bulk to make roasted garlic for my freezer. This newer brand doesn’t seem as fresh as what I bought a year ago and it’s a smaller bag.

More than half the time i get these they are old, brown and yellow inside. I will definitely stop buying these

A lot of the garlic were rotting.

We use a lot of garlic, so we usually buy it in bulk. However, most of the time, about half of the bulbs end up going bad. They spoil quickly and don’t have a great shelf life.

Sadly, the bag I bought was so old I had to throw most of it out! It happens; and since I don’t know when the best time of year to buy garlic is I just take a chance I’m going to get a fresh one. They do advertise it as fresh and that is not true!
