We use a lot of garlic, so we usually buy it in bulk. However, most of the time, about half of the bulbs end up going bad. They spoil quickly and don’t have a great shelf life.

I was surprised to find these at sams club and love the size of garlic and packaging

Perfect cloves, easy to peel.

Some were not usable a little disappointed

This supplier has to be selling old garlic. Most of the time the cloves have sprouted and that lovely sweet garlic taste turns overly-pungent and sharp. I have grown garlic that keeps in a cellar for a year without sprouting. Why wouldn’t a commercial supplier be able to effectively distribute in a timely manner while fresh or at the very least store it properly so it keeps well?

Great garlic !! Very fresh and seemed to peel easier than other store bought garlic bulbs.

Had terrible luck with this item in the past. Better this time. 2 heads were black and moldy inside. The rest were fresh.
