I ferment this whole bag of garlic at one time. It takes a while to get the skin off but worth it because it is always fresh and the cloves are a good size. I take a half spoonful daily. Also use it in cooking. Wish it was Organic.

The garlic bulb were largely under-developed and small

This supplier has to be selling old garlic. Most of the time the cloves have sprouted and that lovely sweet garlic taste turns overly-pungent and sharp. I have grown garlic that keeps in a cellar for a year without sprouting. Why wouldn’t a commercial supplier be able to effectively distribute in a timely manner while fresh or at the very least store it properly so it keeps well?

We recently started roasting garlic in the oven, with a little olive oil and wrapped in foil. Awesome! (If you really like garlic)!
