Yummy and robust garlic! Nice big cloves full of garlicky flavor and juicy too. The garlic cloves are full of “life” ready to burst. One of the cloves started to sprout so I planted it in my garden…I roasted a few in my garlic roaster and stored them in a Ball jar in the fridge..I also made the most yummy garlic bread by smoothing them on French bread adding olive oil and grated parmesan cheese…OMG my house could ward off evil but the taste was over the top.

I have purchased the garlic at Sam’s for years. For some reason, in the last couple of years the quality has really declined. It seems to be old and it is not uncommon for cloves in a head of garlic to be dried up and rotten. I’m having to throw away a large part of the bag. The buyers need to be paying better attention to quality control and the age of the product.
