Quality for price is excellent!

I normally purchase Miracle Grow Potting Soil from Sam's Club. The club was out of stock so I bought 5 bags of Member's Mark Potting Mix. It is the worst potting mix I have ever purchased! It is sooooo dry and full of sticks. No perlite or vermiculite in it, I have been planting flowers for many, many years and Sam's Club should be ashamed to sell something of such inferior quality. Don't waste your money. If I could give it no stars I would.

Good quality- good price

Every single plant we put in this potting mix this spring has barely grown. Most of the leaves have turned purple or have white spots on them. It doesn't retain moisture at all, probably because there's a lot of mulch-like pieces and what appears to be small pieces of some kind of fabric. I'm not sure if the fabric is supposed to help retain moisture. Can you tell from the picture which of the four pots used the name brand potting mix? It's quite a 'miraculous' difference.

Great value

Plants are thriving, so I assume this works. The bag is thick. Thick enough that it didn't get a whole in it until I got it to the car, and that was because I man-handled it. It was very small, but I was pretty proud of myself up to that point. Didn't leave a trail of dirt throughout the store. It is less expensive that the other brand and works.

The soil is so light weight and moist. Perfect for my garden. The bag is huge and has a great price!

The Members Mark Professional quality potting mix was super easy to open. It looked like the dirt was rich in nutrients from the dark color.

I enjoyed the quality of this product. It is a great value for the price. I will be recommending this to my friends and family to try out.

I'm really happy with Member's Mark Potting Mix. The soil is light & drains well, which makes it perfect for my potted plants.
