Multiple gardens with variety of flowers & mint (trying to keep pests away). It has vermiculite (little white styro looking specks) that aerate the soil. When dry, it’s light and fluffy, when wet, seems to hold the water around plant. So far, so good.

Coming into spring I needed a good quality soil to get my patio plants going. The Members Mark potting mix has all the nutrients that should start my plants off strong. It doesn't clump up in the bag and is easy to use. The only thing that would make it more convenient is if the bag was reclosable.

I really liked the look of this potting soil. For the price it's going to be awesome compared to the miracle grow, I normally purchase with the same benefits. The soil looked rich and I love the moisture control. I can't wait to plant all of my vegetables in it.

My run to for all my gardening, outside plants, containers and inside plants. Been using it for years now and my plants love it, I have no complaints only healthy happy plants. Great value for the money, especially when I have over 25 plants, the bulk size is priceless.

Upon opening the potting soil, I was impressed right away by how fresh and clean it looked compared to other mixes I've tried. The texture is light and fluffy with a good blend of materials, and it doesn't have that heavy, muddy feel some soils do. For the price and size, it seems like a great value, and I'm excited to use it for my upcoming planting projects.

Very disappointed in this product, the texture is heavy and rough almost like mulch. I haven’t used it yet, I bought 2 bags because the price was so good but I’m taking one bag back. I always use miracle grow potting soil and this doesn’t compare at all. Wish I hadn’t opened the other bag.

Terrible potting soil. Very woody with a strange consistency. I bought three bags and only used part of one before I went to another store and bought Miracle Gro.

I was hoping this would be similar to the Miracle grow that Sam’s Club usually carry’s but I was very wrong. This was so full of small sticks and bark and twigs it made it very unpleasant to work with. After about 1/4 of the bag I gave up and used it to fill a couple spots in my yard and went out to purchase an actual potting soil.

This product had mushrooms growing in the bag - no big deal- but, however, the large pieces of bark and branches did not make this a good potting soil; it was more of a half composted compost pile! It had very few moisture beads in it to retain moisture.

Worst potting soil I’ve ever used. It’s filled with pieces of wood the size of mulch. It was super dry and remains so in the flower pots I’ve filled. Will never buy this brand again.
