I bought 4 containers and probably only threw out a quarter of one container of stems and over ripe bits. Probably the best store bought strawberries I have purchased as far as consistent berry packing. It wasn’t just a layer of nice berries on top and a bunch of bruised fruit under. They were pretty nice fruit all the way through.

Driscoll berries are without a doubt the best berry farm in the country, however, i am guessing in an effort to keep up with demand they are harvesting the berries WAY to early and at almost $5 per pound i think i am going to have to wait for the season to come or the price to go down, because the quality just isn't there right now.

Fresh, sweet with a beautiful crispy texture. They have not disappointed on the price, quality and size of these berries. I think we've gone through about 40 lbs this season alone and still going back for more. We even sliced and put some away in the freezer to enjoy in recipes post season.

We don't usually buy fruit unless it's ripening on the plant which has become more of a challenge every year. So many of both fruits and vegetables change from not ready to rotten over night. These were better than the ones we normally buy at a higher end grocery store. There are still more green (awfully sour) ones than I believe there should be at this price and of course the number of rotting one's is disappointing. However, we did enjoy the ones that didn't goto the compost bin and the value is a pleasant surprise

These were not the best. They seemed past their prime, and were bruised. Also, I bought a bag of Envy apples that I had to throw away. They seemed fine, but when I opened the bag, the apples were very bruised and partly rotten. I should have taken them back, but I took the loss because I am immunosupressed and I did not want to risk COVID exposure.

I have been buying Driscolls Strawberries for a few years now. I always know that I am getting quality berries. fresh, sweet and sometimes the berries are huge !! They are always a staple in our household for making compote or toppings for yogurt or pancakes. I highly recommend this product.

I've ordered these from pick up half a dozen times and each time they are moldy and/or squishy. I always get my money back otherwise I would have never tried a 2nd time. but after the last time, I'm done. the store cannot pick get produce for anything.

I’m told I’m a food snob, and having worked my career for a grocer that prides itself on fresh, quality ingredients along with having unquestionable the best customer service in the business, I am knowledgeable and very picky. These strawberries were some of the best I’ve ever had, sweet, slightly tart, firm yet juicy. Absolutely delicious and cheap! I couldn’t get any better even if I picked them right out of the field

It’s bad enough that the strawberries that are shipped are not the same same as local strawberries. That said I can usually say they aren’t as bad as they could be however, this batch all 2 pounds of them were terrible absolutely no taste and then where they touched each other small bruises, which don’t add to the flavor so tired of bad fruit. This was not the normal brand that I have received from Sams so I don’t know what the problem was but they were not good.
