No obvious health or energy improvement. No change in blood pressure either.

Who would have thought that beets could taste so good? These are excellent and it has brought my husband's blood pressure down to normal. Definitely recommend!

My wife uses the powder and I didn’t really like the flavor or having to mix it with water. The gummy is perfect as it tastes great and is easy to set up for my breakfast and dinner. Just pop it out of the bag and it is individually wrapped to keep it sanitary. If you want all the benefits in an easy little package this is IT!

I am on blood pressure medicine and my blood pressure was high despite being on medication. So I tried Super Beets just to see what would happen. Sure enough my blood pressure dropped by 10 points in about 4 days! I am taking the chews twice per day according to the instructions and have noticed a drop in bp going forward. I definitely recommend at least trying these chews.

These definitely help to keep my blood pressure within normal limits. Medical and dental settings gives me anxiety which increase my bp so I take 2 of these before a visit and my bp doesn’t spike so high.I also take these along with magnesium glycinate an hour before bed every night.

I can't comment on if or how it improves one's health as I haven't been taking it long enough. I just have to say that the flavor was so tasty at first, I was delighted. Then the aftertaste hit.... and linnnngerrred, and it was awful. I'm really hoping it lives up to its claims and that I'm not suffering through this aftertaste for naught!
