These have helped me so much! I went to a vein clinic. They recommended I have 3 different surgeries on my legs. I started taking the Heart Chews and went back to the vein clinic after my 3 months of jumping through hoops with the insurance. I told them that I would no longer need surgery. After looking at my legs, they wanted to know what I had done so they could recommend it to their other clients. I will continue to always take these. I even have my husband taking them now.

These definitely help to keep my blood pressure within normal limits. Medical and dental settings gives me anxiety which increase my bp so I take 2 of these before a visit and my bp doesn't spike so high.I also take these along with magnesium glycinate an hour before bed every night.

The super beets heart chews taste great and have no side affects. Once in a while I would feel light headed but after taking the super beets for about a week I had not had any symptoms of feeling lighted. I know have been taking the super beet chews for over a month.
