Pros: I like the taste and is easy to incorporate daily, since it's chews and they're portable. Cons: I haven't experienced any of the benefit claims that have been tooted by the product nor other reviewers. I have not noticed any increase in my energy level (which was my main reason for purchasing it in the first place).

This product did lower my blood pressure by at least 10 to 15 points, however, after taking it for 3 days I developed diarrhea. It stopped when I stopped taking this product.

If you don't like stevia skip these. The after taste is strong and they are extra sweet.
