These taste awful and have sunflower oil in them which is an inflammatory oil. Beets are suppose to be good for your but with the additives that are is this it’s a no for me.

My wife uses the powder and I didn't really like the flavor or having to mix it with water. The gummy is perfect as it tastes great and is easy to set up for my breakfast and dinner.
