I have been using Super Beets for a couple years now. I am a type 1 diabetic with severe nueropathy. I can only say that, when I DON'T use these, I have more nueropathy symptoms in my 62 year old feet. Love this product!

I am less than a month in so not sure if I notice any difference. Taste is OK, not too sweet. I wish there were samples available to taste the difference between the regular and new sugar free. There doesn't seem to be a way to buy 3 bags with a mix of regular and sugar free.

I can't comment on if or how it improves one's health as I haven't been taking it long enough. I just have to say that the flavor was so tasty at first, I was delighted. Then the aftertaste hit.... and linnnngerrred, and it was awful. I'm really hoping it lives up to its claims and that I'm not suffering through this aftertaste for naught!
