only flour I use for my sourdough

Great flour for sourdough!

Ordered flour along with other items on line but when the order arrived today the bag was busted wide open on each side and the flour spilled out into the box. Boxes of can goods were ripped and cans dented. There was no packing materials in the box offering protection or separation to keep the flour or my other items from knocking against each other during shipment. The outside of the box itself was not damaged in any way. Please package better and treat your customers right.

I purchased a bread flour for my daughter because she bakes a lot for her family and she loves to make sourdough bread. An excellent choice.

It is good flour to bake with and the price is great.
