I have a home cottage bakery and I use this brand of flour to get the best quality results for my customers. I wish you had the 12 or 50 pound flour bag sizes. I go through many bags very quickly and it would be nice to make less trips unloading my vehicle.

Make sourdough bread several times a week, for me and the birds. Great product, family owned biz and this 10# bag is only $3 more than 5# bag at Walmart and other grocery store. That is huge!
