I have a home cottage bakery and I use this brand of flour to get the best quality results for my customers. I wish you had the 12 or 50 pound flour bag sizes. I go through many bags very quickly and it would be nice to make less trips unloading my vehicle.

King Arthur flour is the only flour I buy and use for all my baking things. It weighs out the best in my opinion and I've never had a problem with it. I use the all purpose and the bread flour. I will continue using

King Arthur Bread Flour is my go-to flour for making sourdough bread. I've used it for countless loaves, and it consistently produces excellent results. The higher protein content helps develop strong gluten, giving the dough great structure and rise. Every bag performs the same, which makes it easier to predict fermentation, shaping, and baking results. Whether I'm making artisan boules, sandwich loaves, or pizza dough, I can rely on this flour to perform well. The 10-pound bag is also a good value. Since I bake sourdough regularly, buying the larger bag is more economical than purchasing smaller packages, and the quality is worth every penny. The flour handles high-hydration doughs beautifully and produces loaves with excellent oven spring and crumb structure. Overall, this is one of the best bread flours I've used and a staple in my pantry. If you bake sourdough, King Arthur Bread Flour is a dependable, high-quality flour that consistently delivers great results.

Totally excited to find King Arthur bread flour at Sam's Club! As a serious bread baker I rely on the high quality of King Arthur flour and appreciate being able to purchase it in 10# bags at a great price.

Absolutely perfect for making lievito madre (Italian sourdough) my starter is very picky, but does amazingly well with this flour, and when using it to bake breads and pizza, it comes out better than any other flour i have ever used!

The best bread flour I have baked with. I buy this every week when baking my cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. It creates a wonderful fluffy roll that everyone keeps coming back for.

I have been an avid baker for about 15 years: pies, breads, pizza. I never used to buy flour at any warehouses, despite the value, because I am a King Arthur devotee. King Arthur is a phenomenal flour. I was SO excited to find this XL bag at my Sam’s! And not just regular flour, but actual bread flour! Please never stop carrying this. My breads always turn out better using bread flour as opposed to all-purpose, and it doesn’t get much better than King Arthur.

This is great flour and a great price. I use it for sourdough and other yeasted breads and never get a negative result (at least not due to the flour…). I also really appreciate that KA is non-bromated! As far as Wal-Mart, it’s great that they carry both 5 %26 10lb bags. I’ve not had any issues with bugs or stale flour. Best price for King Arthur that I’ve found, comparable even to Costco.

Feedback for WALMART: Great price for this item, but whoever boxed it must have plopped it down in the box because there was/is a 3 inch slit in the side. This caused a loss of estimated 2 cups flour happily distributed over the other contents. This not enough to warrant refund/repacement, but a bit disconcerting. For your information.

Advertised in the pictures the ingredients are 2 types of flour, however after using pick up to receive the package, it is listed as 1 type flour and a highly processed enzyme (after researching). This is not good for those of us who are trying to avoid all things highly processed and those items with additives.
