I have been an avid baker for about 15 years: pies, breads, pizza. I never used to buy flour at any warehouses, despite the value, because I am a King Arthur devotee. King Arthur is a phenomenal flour. I was SO excited to find this XL bag at my Sam’s! And not just regular flour, but actual bread flour! Please never stop carrying this. My breads always turn out better using bread flour as opposed to all-purpose, and it doesn’t get much better than King Arthur.

This flour understood the assignment. Strong gluten, consistent texture, no weird surprises…just dependable, well behaved dough that rises to the occasion like it believes in itself. I’ve used it for sandwich bread, rustic loaves, and the occasional ‘let’s see what happens’ experiment, and it delivers every time. The crumb is soft but structured, the crust browns beautifully, and nothing tastes sad or confused. That’s really all you can ask of flour. Also appreciate that it’s unbleached and Non GMO, so I can bake with a clear conscience while still eating half the loaf warm with butter like a feral pioneer.

Love using it for my sour dough bread! It works every time and I have never had issue with this bread flour

My granddaughter loves to bake sourdough bread and for her this is the best quality flour so I bought 15lbs. and mailed her the first package since e she can't find it locally.

If I could I'd not give it even a one star. I love the flour in itself works amazing for me but the delivery is HORRIBLE

great bread flour. so it walmarts great value. slight differing taste. great flour though. bery clean and bakes so very well.

I bought to bake sourdough bread and works well. My sourdough bread is delicious and I haven't had a fail yet. I think strongly due to this choice of flour and its properties.

I just recently started making homemade sourdough bread. I only use this brand of flour. Went thru a 10lb bag in less than two weeks. Makes wonderful sourdough bread.

Long a staple in many a kitchen, their quality and standards just aren't what they could be. It's better than Great Value but nit by much. It's still treated with bromate. There are healthier options.

I've been making my own bread for years and this flour is my favorite. It's a bit higher in cost at times, but worth it as the flour makes bread recipes soft and full of flavor.
