I bake sourdough bread, English muffins, make cakes, and basically in anything that calls for flour/all purpose flour I will use King Arthur bread flour.

Item had to be shipped and the entire bag was busted open when I received it. Was looking forward to making fresh bread, but did not want to use it since it had been sitting on my porch overnight.

The bag of flour was opened in the box I received and was seeping out even before I opened the box. They should have had it in a plastic bag and more securely packaged.

Probably the best daily use flour you can find. This flour is clean. Unbleached and non-GMO. Makes a fantastic sourdough. If you're still using enriched flours, STOP!!! They are garbage.

Great for sourdough. I switched to this King Arthur from an organic AP flour and my sd bread is way better. Great tooth and texture. I'll stick with this

I use this bread flour only completely different than any other organic or all natural bread flour it’s great in my bread machine. It makes the tastiest bread. I buy it probably two times a month.

King Arthur is my go to for all my flour needs. All purpose, bread, wheat, etc ... Quality product for all my baking projects. I only use KA for my sourdough starter! Excellent results!
