This is hands down my favorite flour for baking bread. Creates the best rise, texture, and flavor. I am incredibly thankful to Sam’s Club for carrying this flour now. 👏🏼🙌🏼🍞🥐🥖

My granddaughter loves to bake sourdough bread and for her this is the best quality flour so I bought 15lbs. and mailed her the first package since e she can't find it locally.

Probably the best daily use flour you can find. This flour is clean. Unbleached and non-GMO. Makes a fantastic sourdough. If you're still using enriched flours, STOP!!! They are garbage.

I've been making my own bread for years and this flour is my favorite. It's a bit higher in cost at times, but worth it as the flour makes bread recipes soft and full of flavor.

The bag of flour was opened in the box I received and was seeping out even before I opened the box. They should have had it in a plastic bag and more securely packaged.

Long a staple in many a kitchen, their quality and standards just aren't what they could be. It's better than Great Value but nit by much. It's still treated with bromate. There are healthier options.

Item had to be shipped and the entire bag was busted open when I received it. Was looking forward to making fresh bread, but did not want to use it since it had been sitting on my porch overnight.

King Arthur bread flour is the best product,I have been using for a long time. And always gives me that good results especially my breads. And I only use King Arthur because I trust the brand. Because I do alot of baking. And im satisfied with my purchase.
