I've been making my own bread for years and this flour is my favorite. It's a bit higher in cost at times, but worth it as the flour makes bread recipes soft and full of flavor.

Probably the best daily use flour you can find. This flour is clean. Unbleached and non-GMO. Makes a fantastic sourdough. If you're still using enriched flours, STOP!!! They are garbage.

Great for sourdough. I switched to this King Arthur from an organic AP flour and my sd bread is way better. Great tooth and texture. I’ll stick with this

Long a staple in many a kitchen, their quality and standards just aren't what they could be. It's better than Great Value but nit by much. It's still treated with bromate. There are healthier options.

The bag of flour was opened in the box I received and was seeping out even before I opened the box. They should have had it in a plastic bag and more securely packaged.

Item had to be shipped and the entire bag was busted open when I received it. Was looking forward to making fresh bread, but did not want to use it since it had been sitting on my porch overnight.

I use this bread flour only completely different than any other organic or all natural bread flour it’s great in my bread machine. It makes the tastiest bread. I buy it probably two times a month.

King Arthur bread flour is the best product,I have been using for a long time. And always gives me that good results especially my breads. And I only use King Arthur because I trust the brand. Because I do alot of baking. And im satisfied with my purchase.
