Great product. Sam's needs to do a better job of packing items! Both bags busted open during transit, flour all over the box with other items! This happened to me before with another order, pizza flour ripped open! Very disappointed with Sam's!

I'm not sure if it's just the Sam's I went to, but half the bag was clumps of hard flour. I will continue to buy smaller bags from Walmart. I know they are pretty much the same but the bulk one was clunky flour.

Just bought 2 bags and both are moldy. This isn’t an isolated issue and is happening all over the country. Sam’s club and King Arthur need to address this ASAP! Not only am I out of money but it also contaminated and ruined my sourdough starter that has been passed down from generation to generation. Absolutely heartbreaking!

Wonderful unbleached flour. Makes best breads, etc. wish offered unbleached flours on regular basis
